After 30 months of aging on the yeasts, “Andrea” is finally ready, the Alta Langa Blanc de Blancs that enhances the range of Ivaldi’s wines with fragrant bubbles of delicate and persistent effervescence.
“Andrea” wears gold, with the complexity and character typical of the company’s wines: the maturity of the Chardonnay vineyards, the traditional winemaking method and the happily sunny vintage shine in the glass in a perfect balance between smoothness and structure.
Best with raw fish, prawns, fish and vegetable risottos and fresh fruit desserts.
